Custom stamp orders are typically processed and manufactured within 2-3 business days. You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Can I upload my own logo for a custom stamp?

Yes, you can upload your artwork in high-resolution formats such as PDF, PNG, or JPG. For the best results, we recommend black and white vector files.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for all standard supplies. Please note that custom-made stamps are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

How do I refill the ink in my self-inking stamp?

Refilling is easy! Simply press the stamp down slightly to lock it, slide out the ink pad, add a few drops of our specialized refill ink, and slide the pad back into place.
